This is an application for withdrawal of the amount of compensation with accrued interest deposited in this Court. 3.

In view of the facts stated in the application, the application is allowed. Respondent No.1 is allowed to withdraw 90% of the amount of compensation with accrued interest on the said amount. 70% amount is allowed to be withdrawn on furnishing usual undertaking, and 20% amount is allowed to be withdrawn on furnishing solvent surety/security. 4.
