This is an application on behalf of respondent nos.1 to 3 for withdrawal of the amount of compensation deposited in this Court, with accrued interest. 2.

In view of the facts stated in the application, as prayed by the applicants/respondents, respondent no.3 - Uddhav Doma Shelkar, who is the constituted attorney for respondent nos.1 and 2, is allowed to withdraw the amount of Rs.62,29,220/- on their behalf. Respondent no.3 shall file an affidavit within two weeks from withdrawal of the amount, in respect of distribution of the amount of share of respondent nos.1 and 2 to them.

The civil application is allowed and stands disposed of.
