Issue notice to the non-applicants, returnable on 13.06.2025. Civil Application (CAF) No. 1219 of 2025 This is an application for grant of stay to the effect, operation and execution of the judgment and award dated 31.01.2024 passed in M.A.C. P. No.77/2022 by the Member, Motor Accident Claim Tribunal, Wardha.

The applicant is ready to deposit the entire amount of compensation in this Court.

On the applicant depositing the entire amount of compensation in this Court within a period of six weeks from today, the effect, operation and execution of the impugned award shall remain stayed during the pendency of the proceedings.

4.
