DATED :- 18.07.2024 This is a disposed of appeal wherein in the judgment itself, this Court has permitted the claimant to withdraw the amount of compensation with accrued interest. Since, the application for withdrawal of the amount by the claimant remains to be disposed of by passing specific order while deciding the appeal therefore, this application is pressed.

Since, the appeal has been dismissed and the claimant being permitted to withdrawn the compensation amount with accrued interest by this Court, the application is allowed in terms of prayer-clause. 3.

The application is disposed of accordingly.
