By this application, the appellant is seeking stay to the impugned judgment and award dated 31/03/2021 passed by the Presiding Officer, Land Acquisition, Rehabilitation and Resettlement Authority, Nagpur in Land Acquisition Case No.1406/AMT/YTL/ 2019.

It is pointed out that by order dated 07/09/2023, this Court had granted stay subject to the deposit of entire amount of compensation within 12 weeks. However, the amount was not deposited within time. Therefore, the appellant has filed the instant application.

It is stated that now, the amount is already deposited and therefore, the appellant seeks stay to the impugned judgment and award.

Having regard to the contents of the application, there shall be stay to the impugned judgment and award dated 31/03/2021 passed by the Presiding Officer, Land Acquisition, Rehabilitation and Resettlement Authority, Nagpur in Land Acquisition Case No.1406/AMT/YTL/ 2019, during the pendency of instant appeal.

The civil application is disposed of.

List the appeal after three weeks.
