This is an application filed by respondent nos.1a,1b to 7 for withdrawal of the amount of compensation deposited by the appellant in this Court.

It is stated that appellant has deposited the amount of Rs.6,84,287/- in this Court. It is further stated that the respondents/claimants have already withdrawn Rs.3,36,179/ deposited by the appellant in the Reference Court. 3.

In view of the reasons stated in the application, respondent no.2 - Niwrutti Shankarrao Nadge, is permitted to withdraw 90% of the amount deposited by the appellant in this Court, on behalf of himself as well as on behalf of respondent nos.1a,1b and 3 to 7, on furnishing usual undertaking.

Respondent no.2 shall file on record an affidavit within two weeks from withdrawal of the amount, stating therein that the amount of the share of respondent nos.1a, 1b and 3 to 7 has been paid over to them.

The application is allowed and disposed of.
