Out of 50% amount of compensation with interest etc. deposited in terms of the order of this Court, the respondents/claimants have been allowed to withdraw 50% of the total deposited amount. This application is made for withdrawal of the balance deposited amount.

In view of the reasons stated in the application, the legal heirs of original respondent No.1 i.e. respondent Nos.1(a) to 1(e) are allowed to withdraw balance amount with accrued interest on furnishing usual undertaking.
