This is an application by respondent Nos.1 to 3 for withdrawal of the amount of compensation deposited before the Labour Court/Workmen Commissioner.

In view of the facts stated in the application, the application is allowed. Respondent Nos.1 to 3 are allowed to withdraw 75% of the amount of compensation deposited before the Labour Court/Workmen Commissioner, subject to furnishing usual undertaking.

The application stands disposed of, accordingly. FIRST APPEAL NO. 147 OF 2022 5.
