Leave to correct the claim petition number in prayer clause no. (i) is granted to the applicant. The correction be carried out forthwith.

Though, the prayer for withdrawal of amount along with direction to credit the amount in joint account of the claimant and his wife is prayed in the application but, the learned counsel for the applicant submits that though the claimant is unable to walk, sit and wake up but, he has separate saving bank account, which is in operation therefore, permission granted to the claimant to withdraw 50% of the decretal amount RR Jaiswal

In the above term, the application is disposed of.
