This is an application for withdrawal of remaining amount of compensation deposited by the appellant in this Court.

Heard learned Advocates for the respondents.

Learned Advocate for the respondents submitted that amount of Rs.78,12,758/- is deposited by the appellant in this Court. Out of that amount, 50% amount is already withdrawn. He, therefore, seeks permission to withdraw remaining amount.

Appeal has already been disposed of.

Application, therefore, deserves to be allowed.

Registry is directed to pay remaining amount along with accrued interest thereon to the respondent Nos.1 to 4 and 6 equally.
