By this application, respondent nos.1 to 5 are seeking permission to withdraw the amount deposited by the appellant.

Considering the grounds mentioned in the memo of appeal and objection raised by the learned counsel for the appellant that the deceased was traveling as a passenger in the goods carrying vehicle which was used for carrying
