By the present Application, the Respondent Nos.1,2 and 4 are seeking to withdraw the amount of compensation deposited by the appellant/Insurance Company.

I have gone through the Judgment.

Considering the nature of evidence on record, the Corrections are carried out as per Court's order dated 17.10.2024.

Respondent Nos.1,2 and 4 are permitted to withdraw 50% of the compensation amount upon furnishing undertaking that in case the appeal is allowed, the said amount shall be redeposited with interest at such rate the Court may direct.

Civil Application stands disposed of accordingly.
