By this application, applicants/claimants seek permission to withdraw the amount of compensation deposited by the appellant.

I have gone through the Judgment.

Considering the nature of evidence on record, the applicants/claimants are permitted to withdraw 50% of the compensation amount along with accrued interest upon furnishing undertaking that in case the appeal is allowed, the said amount shall be redeposited with interest at such rate the Court may direct.

3.

The counsel for applicants/claimants submits that claimant Shobha is suffering from Cancer and is required the amount immediately.

Civil Application stands disposed of accordingly.
