This is an application for condonation of delay in setting aside abatement and bringing on record the legal representatives of the deceased respondent No.1, who died on 08.03.2023. The particulars of legal heirs have been stated in para No. 2 of the application.

In view of the reasons stated in the application, the application is allowed.

5. Delay caused in filing the application for setting aside abatement is condoned.
