It is stated that the respondent no. 6 - Laxmibai Pote is expired and in F.A. No. 991/2018, the name of respondent no.6 is allowed to be deleted. Therefore, the counsel for the appellant seeks to delete the name of aforesaid respondent no.6 from the array of the respondents.

Considering the reasons mentioned in the application, the appellant is permitted to delete the name of respondent no.6 at the risk of appellant. Necessary amendments be carried out in the cause title of the appeal.
