CIVIL APPLICATION (CAF) NO. 1427 OF 2025 4.

The counsel for the applicant on instructions, states that principal amount awarded by the Authority is deposited with the concerned Authority. So far as interest compound is concerned, same shall be deposited by the applicant within four weeks with concerned Court.

In view of the above statement, there shall be stay to the execution of impugned Judgment and award dated 10/06/2024 passed by the Land Acquisition, Resettlement and Rehabilitation Authority, Nagpur in L.A.C. No.4153/AMT/

2 1-CAF-1426-2025.odt BLD/2020, subject to deposit of interest amount within four weeks, failing which stay shall stand vacated without further reference to the Court.
