CAF NO. 1431/2024 in First Appeal No. 194/2023 Coram : Registrar (Judicial) Dated : 25.06.2024 This application is filed by the applicants for bringing them as legal heirs of deceased appellant- Shantabai Fulchand Pande on record. It is stated that during the pendency of the present matter, the said appellant passed away on 04.01.2024 leaving behind her legal heirs as mentioned in the application. The application is supported by affidavit. The death certificate is enclosed with the application.

It is seen that the appellant passed away on 04.01.2024 during the pendency of the matter and the present application is filed on 26.02.2024 i.e.

within time stipulated and right to sue survives. Hence, the application is allowed.

Permission is granted to bring the legal heirs of the aforesaid deceased appellant on record. Necessary amendments be carried out in the cause title of the appeal. (D.P.
