By this application, the applicant/appellant is seeking stay to the impugned judgment and decree/award dated 03.05.2021 passed by the Joint Civil Judge Senior Division, Pusad in Reference Petition Land Acquisition Case No.211/2010.

Having regard to the contents of the application, the same is allowed. The effect and operation of the impugned judgment and decree/ award shall remain stayed subject to the applicant/appellant depositing the entire decreetal amount along with interest within a period of two weeks from today.

In view of the above, the present civil application is disposed of.
