This is an application filed by respondent No.1/original claimant seeking withdrawal of amount deposited by the appellant.

The original claimant submits that his land is acquired and he is entitled for the amount of compensation.

Having regard to the contents of the application and submissions advanced, the respondent No.1/original claimant is entitled to withdraw 50% of the deposited amount with accrued interest, subject to furnishing usual undertaking before the Registrar (Judicial).

In view of above, civil application is allowed and disposed of.
