This is an application for disbursement of the amount under award in the name of Vaishali w/o. Anantrao Watode, whose name earlier was Chandrabhaga Anantrao Watode.

Learned Advocates for the appellant and respondents pointed out that Chandrabhaga was name of Vaishali earlier to marriage, now it is changed as 'Vaishali'. 3.

Considering this fact, Registry is directed to pay the amount in the name of Vaishali Anantrao Watode as per the award and order of this Court.
