The appellant acquiring body is seeking stay to the execution of the impugned judgment by expressing willingness to deposit certain amount specified in paragraph No.5 of the application.

In view of above, stay is granted to the execution of impugned judgment dated 25.02.2021 on a condition that the applicant shall deposit the amount as stated in paragraph No.5 of the application within a period of two weeks from today.

The non-applicants right to claim vacation on stay is kept open, if the amount is not deposited as per the statement.
