CIVIL APPLICATION (CAF) NO. 1469 OF 2025 4.
The counsel for the applicant on instructions, states that only component of principal amount awarded by the Authority is deposited with the concerned Authority. So far as component of interest is concerned, if any, same shall be deposited by the applicant within four weeks with concerned Authority. 5.
In view of the above statement, there shall be stay to the execution of impugned Judgment and award dated 10/06/2024 passed by the Land Acquisition, Resettlement and Rehabilitation Authority, Nagpur in L.A.C. No.4147/AMT/
2 4-CAF-1468-2025.odt BLD/2020, subject to deposit of interest amount within four weeks, failing which stay shall stand vacated without further reference to the Court.
