This is an application for speaking to minutes in respect of the judgment and order dated.04.03.2024, passed in First Appeal No. 694/2022.

It is stated in the application that in paragraph 17 clause (ii) of the judgment, the name of the respondent is mentioned as "South Central Railway" in stead of "Central Railway". The applicant, therefore, prayed for deletion of word "South" in cause (ii) of paragraph 17 of the judgment. 3.

It appears that inadvertently, the mistake in mentioning the name of the respondent has occurred. It needs to be corrected. In view of this, the application is allowed. 4.
