By the present applications, the applicants who claimed to be legal heirs of the deceased appellant, seek condonation of delay; setting aside abatement order and permission to bring their names on record as legal heirs of the deceased appellant.

For the reason mentioned in applications, the delay in bringing the legal heirs on record is condoned. Since, right to sue survives in favour of the applicants hence, abatement order is set aside and the applicants are permitted to bring their names on record as legal heirs of the deceased appellant.
