CIVIL APPLICATION (CAF) NO. 1604 OF 2025 3.

The counsel for the applicant on instructions, states that applicant is ready to deposit entire amount awarded by learned Tribunal along with accrued interest thereon, till the deposit of the said amount, within period of six weeks from today.

In view of the above statement, there shall be stay to the execution of impugned Judgment and award dated 07/10/2023 passed by the learned Member, Motor Accident Claims Tribunal, Chandrapur in M.A.C.P. No.14/2019, subject to deposit of the entire amount along with interest, within six weeks, failing which stay shall stand vacated without further reference to the Court.
