This is an application filed by the applicants for corrections in paragraph No.11 of the judgment and order dated 05.12.2023 passed in First Appeal No.954 of 2023. 2.

Learned counsel for respondent No.2 seeks adjournment.

Since the application is filed only for corrections in the order and the learned counsel for the applicants has pointed out the same, there is no need to adjourn the matter. The area for compensation in paragraph No.11 of the said judgment is inadvertently mentioned as '1.91 Hectare' instead of '0.60 hectare'.

For the reasons stated in the application, the same is allowed. The area, which is inadvertently mentioned as '1.91 hectare' be corrected as '0.60' hectare in paragraph No.11. The corrections be carried out accordingly and the corrected order be uploaded. 5.
