This is an application for direction to the appellant to submit the calculation as per the judgment of this Court dated 2.4.2016.

Learned Advocate for the respondent Nos.(1b) and (1c) pointed out the order passed by this Court in Civil Application (F) No.2056/2022 in First Appeal No.568/2005, dated 12.7.2023 by which the registry was directed to disburse the amount within a period of four weeks, lying with this Court along with accrued interest in the account of applicant No.1.

Learned Advocate for the respondent Nos.(1b) and (1c) further pointed out the prayers made in this application and submitted that the registry is not able to disburse the amount unless there are specific directions.

In view of the prayer clause (b) of this application, the registry is directed to pay the amount of Rs.12,62,461/- along with interest accrued thereon to the respondent Nos.(1b) and (1c).

The registry is directed to pay the said amount to the respondent No.(1c) as respondent No.(1b) has executed power-of-attorney in favour of respondent No.(1c).

Stand over after four weeks.
