This is an application for direction to the Acquiring Body - VIDC to deposit the enhanced amount of compensation.

Perused the application.

Heard learned Advocates for both sides.

The Cross-Objection (XOB) No.54/2022 was allowed by this Court. The cheque amount of Rs.1,22,08,871/- as arrears is submitted as the enhanced amount of compensation.

The Registry is directed to accept it.

On depositing the enhanced compensation, the respondent No.3 is entitled to withdraw the amount of Rs.1,22,08,871/- as power of attorney holder of respondent Nos.1 and 2.

On verification, Registry is directed to pay the amount of Rs.1,22,08,871/- to the respondent No.3 as power of attorney holder of respondent Nos.1 and 2, within three weeks.
