By the present application, the non-applicant no.1/Claimant seeks permission to withdraw the amount of compensation deposited by the AppellantAcquiring Body before this Court in pursuance of the judgment and Award dated 3.1.2020 in LAC Case No.186/2014.

Considering the claim of the non-applicant no.1/Claimant and to meet the financial necessity, it would be just and proper to permit the non-applicant no.1 to withdraw 50% amount along with proportionate accrued interest on furnishing usual undertaking and 25% of amount with proportionate accrued interest on execution of solvent surety to the satisfaction of the Registrar (Judicial) of this Court.
