By the present application, the respondent nos. 1 and 2 are seeking to withdraw the decretal amount deposited by the appellant.

Considering the nature of the grounds raised in the appeal, the respondent nos. 1 and 2 are permitted to withdraw 50% of the decretal amount on usual undertaking.

The learned counsel for respondent nos. 1 and 2 submits that respondent no.1 has undergone bypass surgery and therefore, she is in urgent need of RR Jaiswal
