By this application, the applicant is seeking condonation of delay of 34 days caused in filing the appeal challenging the judgment and order dated 22.12.2023 passed by the Labour Court, Wardha in W.C.A. No.B/4/2023.

According to the applicant, amount of Rs.18,64,935/- is already deposited and receipt of same is placed on record.
