This is an application for withdrawal of amount of compensation deposited in the Labour Court, Wardha as per the decision of Commissioner under the Employees' Compensation Act, 1923.

Perused the application.

Heard learned Advocates for both sides.

Amount of R.5,70,720/- is deposited in the Labour Court, Wardha.

Considering the peculiar set of facts, it would be proper to allow the application partly.

The Labour Court, Wardha shall pay 50% amount along with accrued interest thereon to the respondent No.1 on furnishing usual undertaking.
