This is an application for grant of stay to the execution of the impugned Judgment and award passed by learned Member, Motor Accident Claim Tribunal, Yavatmal in Claim Petition No.200/2019 dated 27/09/2023.

Learned Advocate for the applicant submits that applicant is ready to deposit the entire amount under award within four weeks.
