After the matter was compromised and disposed of in the Maha Lok-Adalat the respondent No.1 died, therefore, it is necessary to give direction to the registry to pay the amount to his legal representatives as mentioned in this application.

Learned Advocate for the appellant submits that legal representatives of respondent No.1 are ready to submit their bank details. After the bank details are submitted the registry is directed to pay the amount of Rs.1,05,622/- along with accrued interest thereon to the legal representatives of respondent No.1 i.e. Kusum wd/o.
