Learned Advocate for the applicants submits that appellant-Railway has already deposited an amount of Rs.4,60,455/- in this Court and remaining amount of Rs.3,39,545/- is to be deposited.

The application is allowed.

The appellant is directed to deposit an amount of Rs.3,39,545/- within two months in this Court. 6.

After the amount is deposited in this Court, registry is directed to pay that amount to the applicantsrespondent Nos.1 to 5. 7.
