Learned Advocate for the applicant submits that appellant-Railway has already deposited an amount of Rs.4,55,622/- in this Court and remaining amount of Rs.3,44,378/- is to be deposited.

The appellant is directed to deposit an amount of Rs.3,44,378/- within two months in this Court. 6.

After the amount is deposited in this Court, registry is directed to pay that amount to the applicantrespondent. 7.
