First Appeal No.231/2020 along with CrossObjection (XOB) No.37/2022 is disposed of. 3.

Considering this fact, application deserves to be allowed as prayed.

Registery is directed to pay amount of Rs.8,15,362/- with accured interest thereon as well as remaining 50% decretal amount to respondent Nos.1 and 2.

Respondent No.3 - Mrs. Shantabai Nivrutti Wanjari died after the decision of First Appeal No.231/2020. Therefore, her share shall be paid to respondent Nos.1 and 2.
