CIVIL APPLICATION (CAF) NO. 2145 OF 2025 4.

The counsel for the applicant on instructions, states that entire amount would be deposited with the Authority within eight weeks along with interest accrued thereon, till the date of deposit.

In view of the above statement, there shall be stay to the execution of impugned Judgment and award dated 25/10/2023 passed by the Presiding Officer, Land Acquisition, Resettlement and Rehabilitation Authority, Nagpur in L.A.C. No.1471/AMT/AMT/2020, subject to deposit of the entire amount within eight weeks with the Authority, failing which stay shall stand vacated without further reference to the Court.
