This is an application for paying the compensation amount to the legal representatives of the appellant-Arif Mohammad Abdul Ajij Qureshi.

The applicant No.1-Farzanaparveen is widow of Arif.

The Advocate for the appellant submits that applicant Nos.2 and 3 are married. The applicant No.4 is just attained majority.

Considering this fact, the registry is directed to pay the amount of Rs.3,00,000/- with accrued interest to applicant No.1-Farzanaparveen and Rs.1,00,000/- be deposited in any nationalized bank.
