This is an application for condonation of delay of 466 days caused in filing the first appeal.

Though, the contesting respondent no.2 was served, no reply has been filed. As such, the contentions made in the application gone unchallenged.

Therefore, considering the reasons mentioned in the application, the delay in filing the first appeal is condoned. The application is allowed and disposed of. 4.

It is made clear that the appellants/applicants shall not be entitled for interest on the amount of enhanced compensation and other components for the delayed period.

The appeal be registered.
