This is an application for correction of surname of respondent No.1.

Perused the application along with documents filed on record.

Affidavit of respondent No.1 shows that his name is Santosh Chandrabhan Dandekar. A copy of School Leaving Ceritificate, Aadhar Card, PAN Card and Election Card shows that his name is Santosh Chandrabhan Dandekar. However, his surname is shown as Dadmal in 7/12 extract of property. Therefore, application deserves to be allowed.

Application is disposed of as prayed.

The surname of respondent No.1 be corrected as "Dandekar" in place of "Dadmal" in the appeal.

This is an application for permission to withdraw the amount deposited as per the award of Reference Court.

Heard learned advocates for both sides.

The respondent No.1 seeks permission to withdraw the amount of Rs.5,04,393/-.

Registry is directed to disburse the said amount to the respondent No.1 along with accrued interest thereon on usual undertaking. If the appeal is allowed, the respondent No.1 will repay that amount. 11.

The application is disposed of.
