As stated in the application, the aforesaid respondent could not be served for want of correct address. Further it is stated that the appellant is having only the said address of the Respondent No. 2. Thus, the appellant wants to serve aforesaid respondent by way of paper publication or service through RPAd.

Hence, considering the reasons mentioned in the application, substituted service be effected upon aforesaid respondent by publishing a notice in widely circulated local daily newspaper in terms of Order V Rule 20 (1-A) of C.P.C., returnable within five weeks from the date of publication of notice.

Service through RPAd is allowed.

Necessary RPAd postage be provided.
