This is an application for grant of permission to file private paper-book as well as exemption to pay the costs.

By the order dated 15th January, 2024 this Court awarded costs of Rs.2,000/- to the appellantapplicant. 3.

Learned Advocate for the appellant-applicant submits that he is farmer and unable to pay that amount because of poor financial position.

Perused the application.

Considering the peculiar set of facts, it would be proper to grant permission to submit private paper-book.

Considering the poor financial condition of the appellant-applicant he is exempted to pay costs of
