DATE : 24TH SEPTEMBER, 2024 The present application is filed for grant of permission to withdraw the amount of compensation deposited by the appellant-Executive Engineer, Lower Wardha Project. The First appeal No.939 of 2017 came to be decided with Cross Objection 23 of 2018 on 17/03/2023. The appellant had deposited the amount of Rs.99,61,426/- before this Court. Since the appellant had not preferred any appeal against the said order, it is prayed that the permission be granted to withdraw the amount of compensation.

The Registry is directed to release the amount of KHUNTE
