By the present application, the respondent nos. 1 and 2, who are claimants before the Tribunal, sought withdrawal of the decretal amount deposited by the appellant.

Considering the contention in the application and the submission made, respondent nos. 1 and 2 are permitted to withdraw 50% of the decretal amount along with accrued interest, if any.
