2 by paper publication. It is stated that the notice issued to the aforesaid respondent returned back unserved for want of correct address. It is stated that no other address except the present one is available with the applicant. Thus, the applicant seeks0001-0101 permission to serve the aforesaid respondent by way of paper publication for further adjudication of the matter.

Considering the reasons mentioned in the application and the bailiff report, the applicant is allowed to serve aforesaid respondent by substituted service on last known address.

Substituted service be effected upon the aforesaid respondent no. 2 by publishing notice in widely circulated local daily newspapers i.e. ("Lokmat" Jalna Edition), in terms of Order V Rule 20 (1-A) of CPC, returnable within four weeks from the date of publication of notice.

CAF St. 14867/2024 in First Appeal No. 1032/2019 Unless the legal heirs of respondent no.4 are brought on record, the present application i.e. CAF No. 14867/2024 seeking permission to serve legal heirs of respondent no. 4 by paper publication, cannot be disposed off. Counsel for appellant to take steps for bringing the legal heirs on record. S.O. 2 weeks.
