This is an application for direction to deposit the amount in the bank account of respondent No.2, in view of the power-of-attorney executed by legal representative of respondent No.1.

Considering the prayer made in this application, the application deserves to be allowed. 6.

The application is allowed.

The Registry is directed to pay amount of compensation to the respondent No.2 by depositing the said amount in his bank account, in view of the power-ofattorney executed by the legal representative of respondent No.1, after due verification of it. The Registry
