The application for condonation of delay is filed by the appellant. There is delay of 236 days in filing the appeal. The appellant is the employer and the responsibility is saddled on the appellant to pay the medical expenses of the respondent No.1. 3.

The learned Advocate for the appellant has stated that there is a delay in filling the appeal as the mother of the appellant was ill and he has to take care of her and he was also not well during that period and, therefore, there is a delay. The appellant has filed the medical certificates on record.

The learned Advocate for the respondent No.1 objected to condone the delay stating that the delay is not satisfactorily explained.

Heard the respective learned Advocates for the parties. 6.

Considering the reasons given in the application, delay of 236 days is condoned. Civil application is disposed of.
