Heard learned Counsel for the Respondent Nos.1 and 2, who are the Original Claimants in MACP No.190/2018. The learned Counsel for Appellant/MSRTC remained absent. 2.
The Respondent No.1 and 2 have filed this Application for withdrawal of amount of compensation of Rs.14,47,498/- deposited by the Appellant/MSRTC with this Court. It appears that the Appeal filed by the Appellant/MSRTC is already dismissed by this Court on merit vide order dated 3/9/2024. Nothing is produced on record by the Appellant/MSRTC to show that they are intending to challenge the aforesaid order.

In view of the same, Civil Application stands allowed and the compensation amount of Rs.14,47,498/- deposited by Appellant/MSRTC is permitted to be withdrawn by the
