This is an application seeking to condone 72 days delay caused in preferring appeal against the award passed by the Motor Accident Claims Tribunal.

This is an application seeking stay to the execution of impugned award dated 8.9.2023. The applicant's learned Advocate would submit that decretal amount would be deposited within eight weeks from today.
